Meet Anastazja Varan

Licensed Clinical Professional Therapist (LCPC) | National Certified Counselor (NCC)

Anastazja, LCPC, NCC, has expertise working with individuals struggling with anxiety, persistent worries, perfectionistic tendencies, academic and career stress. She works with adults, couples and teens experiencing relationship struggles (codependency, boundaries, communication struggles), anger and emotional regulation concerns, as well as loneliness and past trauma.

Her approach is welcoming and warm. Her priority is to help your optimism return and your focus improve. As your therapist, Anastazja gets to the root of why your anxiety occurred, so that you can create lasting changes in the way you feel and live life. You gain a deeper sense of joy and self-trust. She offers a calm and grounded presence, where together you address your concerns and improve control over feeling calm. You gain satisfaction with yourself and confidence in communicating with others.

Anastazja uses effective research-based forms of treatments, such as acceptance and commitment approach (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), recognizing your cultural, environmental, and social factors, as well as mindfulness-based therapy focusing on the body and mind connection. In the end, her goal is to help you let go of the things that do not make you feel happy, resolve concerns, and cultivate lasting inner fulfillment.
